  • Marketplace GIS Analyst

    The role of the Marketplace GIS Analyst:

    • Lead data-driven, problem-solving projects that drive results for iDfour clients;
    • Perform statistical analyses that inform client growth strategies;
    • Serve clients with insights using data visualization and GIS mapping;

    Key responsibilities:

    • Synthesize datasets from a combination of consumer, geographic and client-provided data sources;
    • Cluster customer and shopper data to build personas and trade area profiles;
    • Validate data for analysis;
    • Append data layers for mapping;
    • Perform mapping and geo-spatial analyses;
    • Display geo-spatial patterns from customer and transaction data;
    • Display explanatory and predictor variables that drive market and location-based choices;
    • Translate data into business understanding with the use of maps, graphs, charts, and slides;
    • Interface with clients by combining storytelling with geo-spatial mapping.
    • Lead ad-hoc research studies and produce custom reports as requested;

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Math, or related field preferred.
    • Knowledge of GIS mapping platforms (ArcGIS or equivalent)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    • Preferred: familiarity with SQL or equivalent: MS SQL Server, IBM DB2, Oracle, MySQL, or Microsoft Access.
    • Preferred: experience with validating real estate decisions through geospatial analyses.

  • Business Development Assistant (part-time)

    The role of the Marketing Assistant:

    • Research industries and markets to identify growth opportunities for the agency;
    • Set up prospects and track business development activity in the agency’s CRM system;
    • Set up outbound campaigns using the agency’s Marketing Automation platform.
    • Be the in-house Google Analytics and SEO point-person;
    • Manage the agency’s social media accounts including development of content for posts to engage followers;
    • Set up new clients, projects and budgets in time tracking system;
    • Assist with other office administration, as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • At least two years of completed college coursework in the areas of marketing, business, economics or related area
    • At least one year of agency experience including internships is preferred.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Excellent writing and grammar skills
    • Excellent skills in online research and social media
    • Reliable, honest, and hard working
    • Analytical with high attention to detail

  • Account Coordinator

    The role of the Account Coordinator:

    • Lead data-driven marketing initiatives that drive results for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the daily point-person to execute and track digital and traditional promotional campaigns that we oversee for clients;
    • Work closely with our analysts to report on overall marketing performance including ROI, campaign analysis, and attribution;
    • Lead client status calls;
    • Move the completion of tasks through to project deliverables;
    • Assemble, format and deliver reports on marketing performance;
    • Translate campaign results into graphs, maps, charts, and professional slides.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a similar field
    • Exposure to project management software like Workzone or Zoho Projects
    • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
    • Exceptional writing and oral communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel & Outlook
    • Knowledge of social media platforms for business including Twitter, and LinkedIn
